Customer experiences paint a consistent picture of joy and contentment. Julia Laker, a delighted first-time visitor with her grandson, reflected on their time at the mini zone—a space where children can play freely and explore. “We both had a lovely time, will definitely be returning next week,” she enthused. This sentiment echoes throughout the cafe, with patrons like Christine Murphy finding solace on chilly days, as she remarked, “Had a lovely warm welcome on such a cold day.”

The cafe's inviting atmosphere is complemented by a menu that includes delightful treats such as scrumptious bacon butties, perfectly paired with hot drinks. Shawn Pritchard (who goes by Eric) emphasized the community-oriented vibe by saying, “I love going here because there are friendly staff who are always happy to help.” Here, every visit feels like coming home.

Alex Bushnell captures the cafe's family-friendly environment beautifully, stating, “Brilliant environment for kids of all ages. Plus loads of grass to let them run wild!!” Parents can relax knowing their children are safe and entertained, while the availability of free parking is an added bonus that makes visiting even easier.

So, if you find yourself in Broadstairs, make it a point to stop by The Pavilion Youth and Community Cafe. Whether you’re seeking a place to chat and connect with fellow locals, enjoy a warm meal, or let your children roam free in a safe environment, this cafe is a delightful retreat that promises to keep you coming back for more. Experience the vibrant tapestry of community life at The Pavilion—it truly is a focal point where happy memories are made.

Came here for a Volunteers of Ageless Thanet get together. The cafe sypplied the tables and chairs. A cute little cafe hut overlooking the park and among the trees. Lovely coffee and cake (spectacular Lemon Drizzle and a Gluten free almond pastry) Nothing too much trouble. Some seating inside. Lovely and friendly.
